Studio Etiquette

  • New students should arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class to register.
  • Come to class with an empty stomach.
  • Remove shoes prior to entering studio.
  • Turn off cell phones.
  • Wear comfortable exercise clothes.
  • You are welcome to bring your own mat & towel.
  • If you do not have a mat, we will provide one for you.

    Schedule is subject to change. Classes limited to 15.
